Server event logs

Choose which member and message events Orbit records and where it sends the logs.

Select the events you need

Record the events your team needs to follow, such as member joins or message changes. Choose a destination for each event type so the logs are easier to read.

Limit access to logs

Logs can contain message content and member information. Check who can read each destination channel. When changing access, remember that earlier messages in that channel may also become visible.

Check delivery

Open Logging, select events and destinations, then save. Trigger a test event and check the result. If it is missing, check the event setting, Orbit’s channel permissions and service status.
